Physical Therapy Aide Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Aide to join our team at National Healthcare Employee Services, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the physical therapy care delivery team in a fast-paced sports medicine and orthopedic clinic.
About the Job:

- You will have the opportunity to develop knowledge of therapeutic assessments and treatments for various sports/orthopedic pathologies.
- You will also learn about marketing strategies and business management within a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
- Treatment Preparation: Prepare treatment area, patient, equipment, and materials according to prescribed procedures and protocols.
- Patient Support: Welcome patients, provide information, and assist with physical therapy treatment under the supervision of a physical therapist or assistant.
- Educational Support: Educate patients on proper use of equipment and exercise routines.
- Confidentiality and Safety: Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure a safe working environment by complying with procedures and regulations.
- Equipment and Supplies: Sterilize and deliver equipment and supplies to treatment areas as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or Exercise Science preferred.
- 6 months+ related experience preferred.
- CPR Certification preferred.
