We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our team at HCA Florida Palms West Hospital. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures, providing exceptional patient care, and maintaining a safe and sterile environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and supplies
- Assist the surgical team during procedures, including passing instruments and maintaining aseptic technique
- Position patients for surgery and ensure their comfort and safety
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient and effective surgical procedures
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Graduate of a Surgical Technologist program
- 3 years of recent acute care experience preferred
- Current BLS certification
