The Seasonal Client Advisor will be the face of Moncler, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and a passion for luxury retail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs and preferences
• Utilize strong interpersonal skills to ensure effective communication with clients and colleagues
• Analyze sales reports and operate company technology to drive sales growth
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and promote a positive work environment
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in retail or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Multi-lingual skills a plus
What We Offer:
Moncler offers a competitive hourly rate of $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to work on-site at our luxury retail location.
