A prominent developer is seeking a Senior Superintendent with a robust background in Multi-Family Developments, including Apartments, Hotels, and Assisted Living Facilities. The successful candidate will oversee and direct the on-site construction team, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within financial constraints, and uphold the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee pre-construction activities, including the management of all consultants.
  • Coordinate trade schedules and manage weekly reporting.
  • Define and prepare the project scope, financial plans, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Utilize project management tools to track project progress.
  • Work closely with project staff to ensure successful project completion, providing direction, supervision, and support to team members.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Provide regular updates on project status and share pertinent information.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Multi-Family, Apartments, Hotels, or Assisted Living construction projects.
  • Expertise in Wood Frame Construction, TYPE III, TYPE II building methods.
  • Project Management experience with an affordable housing developer, General Contractor, or Construction Management firm.
  • Strong connections within the local subcontractor community.
  • Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Bluebeam, and Procore.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and ensure accountability for business needs.
