About the Role
We are seeking a talented Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Columbia, SC. As a key member of our trial team, you will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing documents for use by attorneys. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in working closely with attorneys and other team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyze law sources, including statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes.
- Prepare and draft routine legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, and appeals, for review and use by attorneys.
- Compile and prepare draft discovery responses, categorize and interpret data, and review and analyze reports, responses, and records produced by opposing counsel.
- Coordinate requests between multiple parties involved in litigation through consistent communication with clients and full partnership with attorneys through the end of the case.
