About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an Admissions and Referral Registered Nurse. This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients within the assessment and admission process
  • Conduct ongoing patient assessment through observation of physical and behavioral symptomatology
  • Document all data accurately and in a timely manner
  • Participate in the formulation of individual care plans for all patients and implement plans according to hospital policy
  • Communicate pertinent data to other service areas as needed
Requirements
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Must hold an active RN license in the state of Arkansas or be license eligible
  • Ability to work harmoniously and effectively with patients, families, visitors, and staff
  • Must be able to work as a team with all staff/coworkers and maintain the ability to treat all patients with respect
