About the Job:

  • This position is responsible for coordinating daily dental operations and supervising staff members.
  • You will be working closely with the Infection Prevention and Control Officer and other teams to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • A strong understanding of infection control principles and practices is essential for this role.
  • You will also be responsible for managing patient data, processing payments, and performing administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with patients, staff, and external partners.
  • You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily dental operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement infection control protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage patient data, including medical records, insurance claims, and payment processing.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as record-keeping, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Administration or Office Management preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience in the dental field, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Two years of experience in infection control, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
