We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Love's Travel Stops & Country Store. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Job Functions

  • Provide customers with a fast, friendly, and accurate shopping experience by answering questions, assisting with purchases, and addressing customer needs.
  • Balancing cash register transactions while following all state and local laws and regulations.
  • Ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products by following established procedures and protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the sales floor, restrooms, and gas/diesel pumps.
  • Cross-train in other departments, such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, and leadership roles.
  • Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds, and work in various temperatures.
