Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Director to join our construction team in the Athens/Watkinsville area.

As a Site Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.

You will work closely with our clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project planning and scheduling
  • Manage project budgets and costs
  • Develop and implement site safety programs
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations

We offer a competitive salary of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
