Overview

Our team consists of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), who bring extensive knowledge in ABA and Early Intervention for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

About the Role

We are seeking an Autism Specialist to join our team in Warner Robins, Georgia. This role will involve working closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide evidence-based interventions and support individuals with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer initial evaluations and re-evaluations for ABA clients using standardized assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, QABF, FBA, and/or ABAS, PEAK.
  • Develop individualized goals and treatment plans for clinic, home, and community settings to be implemented by behavior therapists.
  • Provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on the team.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on effective strategies for clients.
  • Analyze progress and data trends using Catalyst Datafinch.
Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
