We are seeking a skilled Spa Associate to provide exceptional guest experiences at our Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Wilkes Barre. As a Spa Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting health and wellness benefits, and maintaining a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
• Promote health and wellness benefits of massage therapy and skincare services
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
• Positive, energetic attitude and be a team player
