Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our compassionate and dedicated therapy team. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Thrive SPC, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of pediatric clients, providing individualized therapy services to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
  • Provide direct therapy services to clients, including speech and language therapy, articulation therapy, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) therapy
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Unencumbered license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of employment
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric clients, preferably in a home health care setting
