Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our compassionate and dedicated therapy team. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Thrive SPC, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of pediatric clients, providing individualized therapy services to help them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
- Provide direct therapy services to clients, including speech and language therapy, articulation therapy, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) therapy
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Unencumbered license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of employment
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working with pediatric clients, preferably in a home health care setting
