• Manage patient flow, preparing patients for exams and administering necessary tests.
• Own the efficiency of patient preparation, ensuring accurate documentation and a positive patient experience.
• Collaborate with the Optometrist and front office staff to create a seamless patient experience.
• Identify and implement strategies to reduce patient wait times and increase operational efficiency.
