Job Title: Truck Driver CDL Class A

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Truck Driver CDL Class A to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc.

About the Role
  • As a Truck Driver CDL Class A, you will be responsible for delivering our products to small retailers on a set route.
  • You will manually unload your trucks using a hand dolly, build rapport with our customers, and stock shelves and coolers as requested by the customer.
  • No previous experience is required, and you will receive hands-on training upon hire.
Shift and Schedule
  • Our drivers work Tuesday through Saturday.
  • Shifts typically start at 5:00am and continue until the route is finished.
  • We require flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Local routes ensure you are home every night.
About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and customer service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

You should enjoy interacting with people and prefer to be off your truck rather than sitting behind the wheel.

You should be comfortable staying active and enjoy lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products.

Requirements
  • A valid Commercial Driver's License A (CDL A)
  • Ability to maintain a valid DOT Driver Qualification File
  • Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly
  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
Benefits
  • Pay starting at $24.70 per hour, with a rate increase to $26.00 per hour after 6 months
  • Benefits, subject to eligibility, including medical, dental, vision, disability, paid time off, 401k with company match, tuition reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement
