Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement institution-wide approaches to offender management based on evidence-based practices.
  • Provide counseling services to offenders, including individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Facilitate staff training and development programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills in evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans for offenders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Considerable counseling experience, preferably in correctional settings.
