Job Title: Sales Agent

DiFilippo is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a small team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing client base and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
  • Lead a small team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation
