Job Description
Citizens, a leading consumer bank, seeks a skilled Financial Advisor to join our team. As a Private Client Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Create personalized wealth management strategies for clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and centers of influence.
  • Conduct proactive client outreach to promote Citizens Wealth Management capabilities.
  • Tailor wealth management planning to meet client needs.

Requirements:
  • A valid Series 7, 63, and 65 (or 66) license.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent experience in financial services.
  • Demonstrated track record in new business development and client book management.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer competitive pay, with commissioned-based compensation averaging between $105,000 and $250,000 per year based on performance and productivity against commission plan parameters.
