Position Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Morning Shift (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Scheduled Days: Tuesday to Saturday
- Includes Weekends and Holidays
- Average Starting Pay: $17.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold the mission, vision, and culture of the organization through effective communication and leadership.
- Foster community relationships by demonstrating professionalism and cooperation with residents, families, colleagues, and vendors.
- Contribute to team success by being adaptable in work assignments, providing support, and taking initiative.
- Maintain a consistent work pace and adhere to schedules while ensuring regular attendance.

Essential Duties:
- Operate commercial laundry equipment and maintain cleanliness in the laundry area.
- Stock and organize cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Fold linens and resident clothing, ensuring proper laundering procedures are followed.
- Change bedding for residents and label linens appropriately.
- Sanitize common areas, restrooms, and resident rooms thoroughly.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Adapt to changes in the work environment and be familiar with Carefield Senior Living policies and procedures.
- Perform other related tasks as needed and be prepared to assist in various areas of the department.

Accountability:
- Act on constructive feedback from supervisors and peers to enhance performance.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding residents, employees, and community matters.
- Respect residents' rights and promote a positive work atmosphere that emphasizes teamwork.

Job Requirements:
- Ability to read and understand labels and instructions for cleaning chemicals and use them safely.
- Capability to follow oral and written directions.
- May require valid First Aid Certification.

Physical Demands:
- Maintain mental alertness and concentration.
- Adapt to situations requiring precise adherence to standards.
- Regularly required to sit, talk, and listen, as well as stand, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Working Conditions:
- Must be willing to work scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- May encounter wet or slippery conditions.
- The work environment noise level is typically moderate to noisy.
