In this role, you will play a key part in delivering our mission to provide delicious breads and pastries to our customers.

• Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $58,000 per year

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of breads and pastries, including decorating cakes and preparing custom orders.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety practices, and tracking and ordering inventory as necessary.

• You will be responsible for opening the bakery and prepping for the day ahead
• Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas
• Bake a variety of breads, cakes, and pastries
• Decorate cakes
• Prepare custom orders
• Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferred
• Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Previous experience decorating cakes
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Team player
• Available for early morning shifts
