Bistro Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bistro Attendant to join our team at DelMonte Hotel Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a great guest and colleague experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist in the set-up and closing of the Bistro, adhering to established checklists.
  • Input orders into the cash register and secure accurate payment.
  • Prepare and serve non-griddle items, including breakfast sandwiches and Bistro fare.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the Bistro and surrounding areas.
  • Complete daily inventory prep sheets and bussing responsibilities.
  • Wash dishes and serving utensils as needed.
  • Stock and replenish inventory displays for guest purchase.
  • Assist in the set-up and servicing of the meeting room as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to establish rapport with colleagues.
