About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at MEDILoDGE. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing total nursing care for residents and supervising clinical staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and document resident conditions and nursing needs
  • Implement physician orders accurately and promptly
  • Assign nursing tasks to team members according to resident needs and staff capabilities
  • Supervise and evaluate LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs
  • Administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments as required by company, local, state, and federal rules and regulations
  • Participate in orientation and in-service training for personnel
  • Coordinate nursing care of residents during therapy or procedures by other departments
  • Interview applicants and recommend hires; participate in counseling, disciplinary action, and termination of staff as permitted by state practice act
Requirements
  • Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing
  • Valid RN license in the state employed
  • Valid CPR certification
  • One year of nursing experience preferred
