Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Insulation Installer to join our team. As an Insulation Installer, you will be responsible for installing insulation materials in exterior walls and ceilings, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

• Loading and logging materials onto a vehicle
• Erecting scaffolding or ladders to the required height
• Cutting insulation materials to size and installing them in frames, ceilings, attics, or crawlspaces
• Installing insulation materials using various methods, including stapling, gluing, wiring, nailing, or operating equipment that injects loose-fill or foamed insulation
• Driving a company vehicle, following all driving rules and DOT requirements, and maintaining your tools and vehicle
• Observing job site safety rules and knowing the location of MSDS packets in your vehicle

Responsibilities

As an Insulation Installer, you will be expected to:

• Work in tight spaces, including attics and crawlspaces
• Lift a minimum of 50lbs
• Climb ladders and scaffolding
• Bend, twist, and turn your body at shoulders, waist, and knees
• Stand for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Installation experience
• Comfort using standard hand tools
• Bilingual skills
