Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Behavior Analyst Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the implementation of behavior-reduction plans and skill-building programming for children and adolescents with autism.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in ABA or a related field, board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA), and at least 2-3 years of experience in ABA. You will be responsible for supervising Therapists, Team Leaders, and BCaBAs, as well as conducting initial assessments and authorization reports in a timely manner.
