About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to our patients, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as prescribed by our patients' physicians. You will also be responsible for documenting patient care and communicating with our patients' families and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • One year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) in a clinical care setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
