Hub Driver

Hibbett Retail, Inc. is seeking a reliable and skilled Hub Driver to transport merchandise between Hibbett or City Gear locations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and safe delivery of products, maintain a clean driving record, and adhere to company policies.

• Deliver merchandise to designated locations within a set timeframe
• Load and secure products in delivery vehicles to prevent damage
• Document vehicle movement and shipment logs at each location
• Offload merchandise in a secure and safe manner
• Maintain routine vehicle inspections and service to ensure proper working condition
• Adhere to state and federal break requirements
• Protect company assets and financial information by ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of internal control procedures

• Valid driver's license
• 3 years of experience driving
• Positive customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Attention to detail, time management, and ability to multi-task
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds
• Proficient in applicable technology such as GPS and Time Clocks
• Must pass a background check
• Must be insurable through Hibbett I City Gear's insurance vendor and maintain insurability
