Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to join our team in Cadott, WI or Stanley, WI. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
- Encourage and support individuals in their personal goals and aspirations
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and community resources
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Competitive pay: $16.30 per hour
- Full benefits package for employees working 32+ hours/week, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match
- Paid time off and holiday pay

- No experience required
- Driver's license preferred but not required
