We are seeking a talented Junior RPA Practitioner to join our team at CoSourcing Partners in the Dominican Republic.

As an RPA Practitioner, you will apply your knowledge of software automation engineering to solve real-world problems for our clients.

This includes working to design and create software robots that will execute business processes and build a digital workforce for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the process of design, coding, unit testing, reviewing and debugging of new robots based on CoSourcing Partners proprietary methodology.
  • Deploy and maintain additional orchestration software to manage bots in existing environments.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with various project stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing solutions.
  • Learn and earn certifications in UiPath, Microsoft Co-Pilot, and other technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Excellent logical thinking, critical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Academic Record or Strong Related Internship experience.
