Physician - Teaching Hospitalist for Missouri Baptist Medical Center

We are seeking a board-certified Internal Medicine physician to join our team as a 100% Teaching Hospitalist at Missouri Baptist Medical Center, a leading community-based hospital with BJC Healthcare.
Key Highlights- 100% Teaching position
- Oversee a team of two interns
- 10 max patient census per intern
- 12 Hour Shifts from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Closed, 30 bed ICU
- EMR: EPIC
- Up to $285,000 for 182 shifts per year
- Up to $30,000 Sign-on Bonus
- Up to $100,000 student loan repayment
- Tenure Bonus starting year three
- Quality Bonus - paid yearly
- Comprehensive benefits including malpractice coverage (with tail provided)

Responsibilities- Manage the medical care of patient panel by providing or otherwise arranging for inpatient hospital care of physician's patients
- Collaborate with patients, families, and members of the care team to ensure excellent patient care outcomes
- Perform and document medical histories and physicals in the patient's medical record
- Provide or arrange for call coverage for clinic patients and inpatient call coverage
- Collaborate and teach advanced practice providers, support staff, or any care team member assigned in the care of physician's patient panel
