We are seeking a highly skilled ALM Administrator to join our team at ZAR IT Solutions. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for the administration of ALM tools, ensuring seamless functionality and efficiency in our projects.

Job Responsibilities:
  • ALM Tool Administration: Configure and maintain ALM tools, including Micro Focus QC/ALM/Octane, to meet business needs and project requirements.
  • User Management: Create, manage, and troubleshoot user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Project Setup and Configuration: Establish and configure new projects, including setting up project entities, workflows, and alerts.
  • Customization and Automation: Develop customizations and automation scripts to enhance tool functionality and improve productivity.
  • Tool Integration and Support: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate ALM tools with other systems, resolve issues, and provide support to users.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results, ensure timely project execution, and continuously improve processes. Your expertise will play a crucial role in driving our company's success.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in ALM tool administration and related technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and environments.
