Our Seasonal Sales Associates are responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple businesses, including retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel. Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging with customers to build relationships and drive sales

• Demonstrating benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals

• Encouraging and participating in team selling to drive sales volume and metrics goals

• Assisting with visual merchandising, set up, and other store-related projects

• Handling cash register transactions as a cashier

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors
