Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the operation of floor care equipment and adherence to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the needs of the business by cross-training in multiple areas of the store, including the backroom, front end, and sales floor.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols and labor laws.
  • Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment for customers and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor care equipment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
  • Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
What We Offer

As a Store Cleaning Associate at HomeGoods, you will enjoy a competitive starting pay range of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour, as well as a range of benefits, including associate discount, EAP, smoking cessation, bereavement, 401(k) associate contributions, and more.
