Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to and uphold all Customer Service Standards established by Stage Karaoke.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of our Food and Beverage offerings, including options available in our private rooms.
- Demonstrate teamwork by assisting colleagues whenever necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas, including the server desk and storage spaces.
- Support the replenishment of bar supplies and inventory as required.
- Previous experience in a serving role is preferred.
- Possess a friendly demeanor and strong conversational skills.
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages and beers.
- Able to lift items weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Proficient in handling cash and operating a point of sale system.
