Main Responsibilities:
  • Determine and implement a layered audit schedule.
  • Drive resolution of layered audit findings through the Five Phase Problem Solving Process.
  • Prepare invoices for sorting activity and supervise liaisons.
  • Request shipper forms and arrange shipment Clips/CMA operations.
  • Facilitate system changes and reflect process updates in our Quality Management System.
  • Resolve supplier quality issues and perform layered audits.
  • Promote a safe working environment, enforce policies, and execute or facilitate team training.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in warehousing/distribution, with materials experience a plus.
  • Prior 3PL experience is preferred, or other Warehousing/Distribution experience.
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
