Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Resiliency LLC.

Estimated Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the pharmacy management team in coordinating daily operational activities of the Pharmacy.
  • Provide oversight of pharmacists and technicians involved in pharmacy operations.
  • Coordinate staffing as required per workload/staff availability.
Leadership Opportunities

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead the integrated provision of accurate, safe, efficient, and cost-effective pharmacy services through collaboration with peer pharmacists and other members of the healthcare team.

The role involves overseeing an area or specialty within the pharmacy department such as central unit dose, IV room, satellite pharmacy, etc.

Requirements
  • PharmD: Pharmacy or Bachelor's Degree: BS in Pharmacy.
  • Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant practice setting experience or PGY1 with a minimum 2-year relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Training in Process Improvement methods such as Six Sigma, LEAN Methodology, and CAP tools.
  • 1 year Leadership experience.
