- Actively use the nursing process in rendering total patient care under supervision of an RN and in accordance with the nursing care plan and medical plan of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current LPN license in the state of North Carolina.
- At least 2 years of experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
