Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the production team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure the achievement of departmental goals and objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement process improvements, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in the Thermoforming, Padding, Reclaim, and Lamination departments.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to employees to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Establish effective lines of communication with the production team, other departments, and management, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Operations Management, Business Administration, or Engineering, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and experience with process improvement and quality control.
