Position Overview:
TemPositions, Inc. is collaborating with a prominent healthcare organization in New York City to expand their Mobile X-Ray services. We are seeking skilled Radiologic Technologists to become integral members of our team, dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care in the NYC area.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct radiologic examinations in accordance with hospital protocols and regulatory requirements.
2. Prepare patients for imaging procedures and provide clear explanations of the processes involved.
3. Position patients appropriately and calibrate equipment to ensure precise imaging results.
4. Monitor patient conditions and equipment functionality throughout procedures, addressing any concerns as they arise.
5. Maintain inventory levels, ensure cleanliness of equipment, and manage necessary supplies.
6. Accurately document examination details and ensure proper labeling of images.
Essential Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited two-year program in Radiologic Technology.
- Valid New York State license in Radiologic Technology.
Desirable Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in the field.
Work Schedule:
- Day Shift: 7am-7pm
- Night Shift: 7pm-7am
Compensation:
- $55 per hour
