Position Overview:
As we continue to expand, we are seeking a seasoned Chief Human Resources Officer to lead our HR initiatives. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing our human resources strategy while overseeing a team of dedicated professionals. Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute HR strategies in collaboration with senior leadership to align with organizational objectives.

  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits frameworks.
  • Oversee and refine performance evaluation and management systems.
  • Develop and implement employee training and development initiatives.
  • Establish career advancement pathways in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract high-caliber talent.
  • Draft and uphold HR policies that support business goals and employee welfare.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Devise strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Monitor HR metrics and leverage data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage the HR budget, vendor relationships, and systems.
  • Streamline HR processes for improved efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Oversee company-wide communications, including surveys and events.
  • Manage office facilities and locations.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Preferred HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Demonstrated success in HR strategy and process development within high-growth organizations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
