Role Summary:
The primary objective of this position is to assist the Marketing Team in executing marketing initiatives and programs, ensuring seamless implementation across all daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management:
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Culinary teams to create annual event strategies, budgets, and performance metrics for two to three key events each year.
- Oversee the entire event lifecycle, including planning, execution, success measurement, and post-event evaluations.
- Provide marketing support for sales-led events as required.
- Coordinate logistics by identifying needs, organizing resources, establishing vendor relationships, and developing timelines.
- Manage marketing campaigns for significant industry events, including content creation and communication strategies before, during, and after the events.
- Lead the LEAN Continuous Improvement program for the event process.
Marketing Materials Development:
- Direct the annual update of marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy and compliance with brand guidelines through stakeholder collaboration.
- Assist the Brand Manager in the creation of impactful sales and marketing materials, including digital content, signage, and promotional assets.
- Ensure a consistent brand voice across all content, collaborating with various teams to produce high-quality materials.
- Maintain an organized digital repository for marketing assets.
HubSpot and Marketing Automation:
- Serve as the HubSpot expert, promoting its use to enhance business processes and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Support the Marketing Manager in executing campaigns through HubSpot, including workflows and reporting.
- Screen marketing-generated leads for qualification and facilitate hand-offs to the Sales team.
Media Strategy:
- Assist in implementing annual marketing plans that encompass paid, owned, and earned media strategies.
- Help develop briefs and timelines for campaign assets, ensuring stakeholder review and approval.
- Contribute to social media initiatives and content creation to elevate brand visibility and engagement.
- Analyze marketing metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Additional Duties:
- Support the Marketing Team in launching new products and conducting competitor analysis.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance efficiency.
- Undertake special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel may be required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in marketing.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
