Overview:
Holiday Inn Louisville Airport South is a top-tier hotel that strives for maximum guest satisfaction. We are looking for a motivated breakfast attendant with excellent people skills to provide our guests with a memorable dining experience.

About the Role:
This position involves setting up and breaking down the breakfast buffet each morning, ensuring fresh items are stocked and available throughout service. Additionally, you will be responsible for wiping down service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment according to health and safety regulations. You will also provide attentive service to guests in the dining area by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and using appropriate procedures for removing used plates, glasses, and silverware.

Responsibilities:
  • Setup the breakfast buffet table and ensure fresh items are stocked throughout service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and addressing guest inquiries
  • Remove used dishes, utensils, and trash in an efficient manner

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent GED certification required
  • Previous experience working in food service is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential
  • Strong time management and organizational skills necessary

Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $10-$12 per hour.
