Job Description:

Sargent & Lundy is a leading engineering and construction firm seeking an experienced Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project execution team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of multiple transmission and distribution projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with internal and external departments to manage the life cycle of project execution
• Oversee project execution, contract administration, planning, and resource management
• Take ownership for all aspects of project performance, including safety, schedule, budget, reporting, and client experience throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Manage and direct project teams to ensure accountability and mentor/coach team members
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with client functional leads and stakeholders
• Lead efforts to ensure projects are completed safely, satisfactorily, on time, and within budget
• Support the reporting of key performance indicators for schedule, budget, and other dashboard items

Qualifications:

This role requires a BS degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program or a management/business degree, along with 7+ years of specific experience in project management of utility transmission projects. Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and 10 or more years of experience in the electric utility industry (engineering, construction, planning, etc.) are also essential. Additionally, the ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative team setting are critical to success.
