Job Title: Diesel Truck Mechanic

We are seeking an experienced Diesel Truck Mechanic to join our team at ConGlobal in Atlanta, GA.

About the Role:

As a Diesel Technician/Mechanic, you will be responsible for assessing and repairing our fleet of Semi Tractor/Trailers at the Railyard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify problems with mechanical, hydraulic, diesel & electrical systems and execute solutions
  • Read and understand hydraulic & electrical schematics
  • Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines (Cat, Cummins, Detroit)
  • Perform maintenance & mechanical repairs on Hostlers & Forklifts
  • Maintain routine maintenance schedules on all Tractor Semi/Trailers

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of Tractor Semi/Trailer repair & Maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of diesel engine systems, including fuel, electrical, cooling, and exhaust systems
  • Able to perform maintenance inspections that include tune-ups, oil changes, and other key services
  • Able to inspect mileage, belts, flushing fluids, and gasket replacements
  • Hydraulic and electrical maintenance experience is required
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Open availability required (All Shifts & Holidays)
  • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
  • Owning tools preferred but not required
  • Valid Driver's License
