### Key Responsibilities
* Provide patient care, including administering medications, IV therapies, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Monitor and assess patient vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition, documenting findings accurately and promptly
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each patient
* Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care, ensuring understanding and compliance
### Requirements
* Strong understanding of medical-surgical nursing practices, including patient care, medication administration, and emergency response
