Talent Strategy is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to oversee the sorting of corn on conveyer belts and ensure the separation of good quality corn from defective products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect corn on conveyer belts to identify and remove defective products
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize sorting processes
• Monitor and report on quality control metrics
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and walk up/down stairs
• Must be 18 or older
• No physical restrictions; must handle the physical demands of the job
• Awareness of airborne allergens (e.g., corn husk) and potential motion sickness from watching moving belts

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $17.00/hour (no shift differential)
• Bill Rate: $24.14
• Hours per week: rotating days off
• Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
