Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including unloading freight and organizing products on shelves.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning and maintaining the store floor, fixtures, and equipment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
