Job Title: Clinical Therapist Specialist at Mountain View Hospital.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

Job Description:
In this role, you will provide counseling services to clients and their families, maintain education, work in communities for marketing and referral development, and may be required to travel and serve all clinics. You will assist in professional staff supervision and relations, participate in and actively support the Clinic/Hospital's teaching and referral programs, and assist in Quality Improvement and review of the professional performances of the Professional Staff members and other clinical professionals designated to perform professional and clinical duties by the Clinic/hospital.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have a licensed or certified background in an area of Social Work/Addiction/Counseling, with a minimum of two years post-masters experience or a requirement of a minimum of two years supervision. You should have understanding of Addiction and Mental Illnesses, ability to document Family, Group, and Individual counseling, and all aspects of case management. Additionally, you must be able to perform specific physical tasks due to safety concerns.
