Sun River Health is a Federally Qualified, Non-Profit Health Center serving communities in New York City and surrounding areas. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for managing a diverse patient panel with multiple co-morbidities in a busy health center. You will work collaboratively with advance practice providers and on-site support staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate Degree (MD, DO) and an active/valid license as a MD or DO in New York State, DEA, Board certification. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred. Experience in HIV care and MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) is also desirable. The candidate should have the ability to work with diverse patient populations in a community health setting.

This position offers a competitive salary of $207,534.60 - 224,642.60/year. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, retirement savings plan, commuter and transit benefits, employee assistance program, and employee discount program.
