Role Summary:

The Building Custodian plays a vital role in ensuring that our office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of the Hanger Resource Center, managing supplies, and addressing various cleaning tasks such as:

  • Regularly cleaning and maintaining all common areas, including lobbies, conference rooms, and restrooms.
  • Restocking supplies in bathrooms and break rooms.
  • Managing waste disposal and recycling efforts.
  • Sanitizing surfaces and equipment to ensure a hygienic workspace.
  • Communicating maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere.
  • Restock and clean restrooms and break rooms, ensuring adequate supplies are available.
  • Perform regular cleaning of office equipment and communal spaces.
  • Ensure all waste receptacles are emptied and cleaned as necessary.
  • Assist in maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Less than one year of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A high school diploma or GED.
