About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Barnes & Noble. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences by crafting high-quality beverages and providing top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, building rapport, and listening to their needs.
• Prepare and serve a variety of handcrafted beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment, including the bake case and merchandise displays.
• Work efficiently to control waste and shrink, and protect company assets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
