RN Supervisor Inpatient

Tribal Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to lead our Inpatient team at Sage Memorial Hospital. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and providing leadership to a team of licensed and non-licensed caregivers and support staff.

• Assess daily patient care needs and develop and distribute patient care assignments to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Delegate appropriate duties to team members based on their assessed skills and abilities, in accordance with the applicable State Nurse Practice Act.
• Evaluate the care delivered by team members and provide direct and immediate feedback and coaching to improve performance.
• Oversee all scheduling and staffing needs, including participating in the hiring process for new staff members.

• Any state license accepted - Valid current unrestricted nursing license from the State of Arizona or another compact licensing state.
• Certifications required - Valid American Heart Association certification in ACLS and BLS, with certifications in PALS and NRP required within 90 days of hire.
• Experience requirements - 2 Years of Experience in Specialty and supervisory role.
• COVID vaccine required - Yes.
